These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the tbgee platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tbgee. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

You Must Be 18 or Older
tbgee is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, and play. Age verification is mandatory and may be requested at any time.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one tbgee account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
BDT Transactions Only

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the tbgee Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tbgee enforces a strict 18+ policy across all gaming and betting services. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim bonuses under any circumstances.
- You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any commercial entity.

tbgee employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation at any point during your relationship with tbgee — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or upon any subsequent request from our compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

If tbgee has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be withheld, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. 3. Account Registration
To access the full range of tbgee services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual player may maintain only one active tbgee account at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. tbgee uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tbgee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbgee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tbgee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tbgee support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
3.3 Account Currency
All tbgee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Once your account currency is set to BDT at registration, it cannot be changed. All game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts will be displayed and processed in BDT.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
tbgee supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tbgee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on your behalf.
4.1 Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- tbgee does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Any fees applied by your mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) are the responsibility of the player.
- Deposits are typically credited to your tbgee account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the details on your tbgee account.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until your KYC verification is complete and all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.
- tbgee aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Same-session processing is available for fully verified players using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- tbgee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
tbgee employs strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Where AML obligations require it, tbgee may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending further investigation and, where legally required, may report activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
tbgee offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and the IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a tbgee account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Games with a return-to-player (RTP) above a specified threshold may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely — this will be stated in the promotion terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
tbgee operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or near-certain outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"), coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, and placing simultaneous opposing bets to reduce risk while completing wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, tbgee reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the account involved.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and free spins awarded by tbgee carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been used or wagering requirements that have not been completed within the applicable expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the tbgee Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms at all times. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or place bets on your behalf.
- Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform software, whether in games, payment processing, or any other system component. Any such exploitation must be reported to tbgee support immediately.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any part of the tbgee Platform.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing hole cards in poker variants, coordinating bet placement in live casino games, or any other form of multi-player manipulation.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or tbgee staff members through any communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdiction-based access restrictions.
A breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, voiding of pending bets, and where legally required, referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the tbgee Platform — including but not limited to the tbgee brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content (where owned or licensed by tbgee), written content, marketing materials, and software — is the intellectual property of tbgee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tbgee Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any tbgee content without prior written authorisation from tbgee.
Game content on the tbgee Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studio or its licensors. 8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by tbgee
tbgee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, age verification failure, duplicate account detection, or where required by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In cases of suspected fraud or AML concern, all funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your tbgee account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (such as self-exclusion) will be processed as a priority, and tbgee will apply cooling-off measures immediately upon receiving such a request.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. tbgee will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address on record before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) to cover administration costs. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbgee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, loss of data, loss of profits, system downtime, technical errors in game software, or delays in payment processing.
The tbgee Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While tbgee takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and game integrity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. In the event of a system error that results in a materially incorrect game outcome or payout calculation, tbgee reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake amounts to affected players.
tbgee shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond tbgee's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, natural disaster, civil unrest, network outages, or failures of third-party payment providers.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tbgee's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to tbgee's internal dispute resolution process, which requires you to submit a written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of your dispute. tbgee will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided through the internal process, you may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels in your jurisdiction. tbgee encourages the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms where available and will cooperate fully with any legitimate ADR process initiated by a player.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Amendments to These Terms
tbgee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tbgee will provide reasonable notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to registered players at the address on file. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.2 above.
